About the role
Who you are
7+ years of experience in marketing leadership, client strategy, or growth management, ideally in travel, hospitality, or luxury real estate.
Proven ability to connect creative storytelling to business outcomes (bookings, conversions, revenue growth).
Experience developing SOPs for scalable marketing operations and integrating cross-departmental workflows.
Deep understanding of social, paid, and influencer marketing within the vacation rental and travel space.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing relationship skills.
Analytical mindset with a creative edge, able to interpret data to refine messaging and campaign direction.
